- For infants and young children, you may prefer to
choose natural soothing remedies that can be effective in lessening the
appearance of the bumps of KP. After bathing your baby or young
child in a warm bath, simply rub the affected areas with a dry washcloth
or soft brush (similar to one used for a newborn with cradle cap).
Take care not to rub too hard as a baby's skin is very sensitive to
scrubbing.
